Based on the candidate's first-year pre-tax salary, the service fee is about one third of the recommended candidate's remuneration.

Payment Schedule
We conduct each assignment after a search agreement signed by client and a retainer fee is charged. A retainer is positioned for the search assignment set at 33% of the recommendation service fee or the first month salary of the candidate's. This retainer is non-refundable.
Should candidate referred successfully is on-board, the balance of the recommendation fee is paid within ten working days afterwards.

Exclusive Authorization
The client as the exclusive vender, which has not assigned any third parties to provide the service limited in this agreement, authorizes JK Talent

Replacements
If any candidate provided by JK Talent and employed by the client is terminated for cause or voluntarily resigns the job within three (3) months of the employment, JK Talent will make a replacement accordingly at no extra charge, which is as same as the position designated by the client of this agreement. The client should provide a legal and reasonable written identification of hired candidate to JK Talent
